Once construction drawings have been completed
and approved by the property owner, Genesis Pools obtains a permit from the
city and/or county.
 Common reasons a pool’s completion date may be delayed are the other phases of the project: hard scape (concrete) or soft scape (landscaping). Genesis Pools does everything in it’s control to stay on schedule. We communicate on a regular basis with everyone involved to keep them informed. Everything is coordinated in a timely and efficient manner. Job sites are well maintained and orderly. Pool Construction. Excavation ~ Once the exact location and elevation of the pool has been determined and all set back requirements have been met, the work begins. Forms are built in the shape of the pool approximately 13" beyond final waterline. Drainage should always run away from the pool so it is set several inches above the highest point of the yard. Genesis Pools will be required to submit the plans and
structural drawings to the city's engineers for their approval. There may
also be the HOA that needs approval, We will help you with all the paperwork
the Hoa will require. With permit, and HOA approval in hand, we are ready
to go. Pool Construction goes about Six to eight weeks is the standard time from start to finish.
Sometimes there can be unforeseen challenges.
